Hannover Leasing has exclusively appointed CBRE to seek prospective buyers for Helios, its iconic Cloche d’Or building. With its central tower and 5 wings buildings, Helios counts no less than 68,000 m² of office space, mainly occupied by renowned tenants such as the European Commission or IQ-EQ (formerly SGG).
