CBRE Luxembourg is pleased to announce the largest office space transaction of the last 18 months with the rental of the remaining 7,700 m² in the Yris office building located on rue Eugène Ruppert in the Cloche d'Or district.
The Yris building totals 10,500 m² of office space and has an excellent parking ratio with more than 300 indoor spaces. CBRE Luxembourg's Investor Leasing department advised Belair House on this 7,700 m² transaction, by which the new tenant definitively fills the building where
2,800 m² were already occupied by ERI Bancaire since 2016.
This high-end building has benefited from an extensive work by Belair House over the past four years, including a complete technical upgrade and the creation of a new identity. The result of these efforts was the signing of a lease for the totality of the vacant spaces less than 4 months after the departure of the former tenant.
