Professional Experience
Brent Davidson is a Vice President and member of CBRE’s Federal Lessor Advisory Group (FLAG) in Washington D.C. Mr. Davidson spearheads CBRE’s Postal Property Solutions team, which specializes in the leasing, sale and acquisition of properties leased to the United States Postal Service.
Mr. Davidson provides investors and owners with critical insight to USPS operations and facilities, gleaned from his previous seven-year engagement advising the Postal Service. As an on-site CBRE contractor, he managed more than 2.5 million square feet of real estate transactions across all fifty states with a total value of over $900 million.
Previously, Mr. Davidson held positions with Real Estate Capital Partners, The Mills Group and Advantis Real Estate. His responsibilities have included property identification, market assessment, contract negotiation, asset management and disposition of real estate assets.
Mr. Davidson graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and holds an MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
