Jack Taylor is an Associate of the Mid-Atlantic Retail Team. Alongside Senior Vice President Laurence Oster, Jack co-leads CBRE’s Baltimore Retail Division servicing client needs in both agency and occupier representation. The team delivers integrated account management services including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, transaction management, project management and facility management. In addition, the team provides exemplary client service by utilizing modern technology and supporting real estate needs of clients locally, nationally and globally.
As an Associate, Jack assists in multi-market retail transactions and advisory services. Additionally, he assists with collecting and managing internal client data information, preparing surveys, and completing a variety of accounting and administrative duties.
