Nick is a seasoned client solutions professional with over 20 years of experience in technology and real estate. Nick has a solid understanding of building and cabling infrastructure design and solutions that support voice, data and video applications.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nick managed sales efforts in the Southeast for Diebold Nixdorf with a focus on technology, software and service platforms for bank branch and transformation. With a consultative approach, his primary agenda was to properly serve the financial institution and help solve efficiency ratios through the adoption of new technologies.
As an enterprise account manager for Anixter, Nick drove sales efforts across the globe with large multinational customers with complex issues such as converged surveillance platforms and data center designs. He helped with specifications, supply chain and integration of 4 large data centers for a large global construction and mining equipment manufacturer.
While in Chicago, Nick hung his real estate sales person license with a boutique developer and represented commercial office tenants with lease negotiations.
