Professional Experience
Reilly Hudson joined CBRE in 2018. His focus is in Retail Services in the Washington, DC Metro Area. He partners with prominent Landlords to provide leasing strategy on retail developments, pre-development advisory, merchandising, and transactional services. Additionally, Reilly supports multiple active retail and restaurant tenants in the DC area to develop comprehensive market strategies. Using the proprietary technology, tools, and research of CBRE, as well as personal knowledge of the DC MSA, Reilly helps tenants target and examine desired trade areas as well as advice in deal negotiation.
Reilly has deep roots to the DC area growing up in Kensington, MD. He attended St. John’s College Highschool in DC, and Towson University where he earned his degree in Business and Communications. He currently lives in the District where he spends his free time visiting restaurants, organizing industry events, making music, and cycling in Rock Creek Park.
