The Luxembourg office market counted 64,000 m2 of take-up this quarter, the strongest Q2 in more than a decade. High activity was driven by big deals from the Luxembourg government, the IT sector, and of course BFI. The largest deal of the quarter was the Ministry of Finance letting (7,750 m2) in Gasperich. Co-working continues to expand with Silversquare, a new Belgian entrant, opening in Station. High take-up and limited new development drove vacancy even lower to just 4.0%. CRE investment picked up to €640.8 million for the quarter and €881 million for the first half of 2018.
