The Luxembourg office market counted 51,000 m2 of take-up this quarter, better than the average third quarters. One of the world’s largest e-commerce companies expanded their already substantial presence with an additional 10,073 m2 in Kirchberg in the largest deal of the quarter. Belgian IT company Telindus will also move into their new 9,000 m2 office in Bertrange. High take-up and limited new development drove vacancy to an extremely low 3.8%. CRE investment registered €418 million for the quarter and €1.29 billion YTD.
