The aim of this publication is to analyse shopping centre performance in terms of the changes which happened during 2018-2019 within the categories of rents, turnovers and vacancy rates as well as looking at typical tenant mix by retail category and unit size and changes observed in these areas y-o-y. The study covers 13 shopping centres, totalling approximately 460,000 sq m of GLA located in regional cities, outside of Warsaw.
