Poh Soon has over 18 years of real estate experience in the Singapore property market. He has conducted valuation and consultancy projects for property developers, financial institutions and institutional investors. He has engaged in the appraisal of properties in the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors of the Singapore property market. In addition, he handles matters relating to property tax and land acquisition.
