Johnathan focuses on assisting international investors acquire and dispose of real estate assets in the logistics and data center sectors. He also connects offshore capital with local partners for strategic ventures.
Prior to joining CBRE Japan, Johnathan spent a number of years in Korea, where he also focused on industrial brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield.
He has been based in Asia since 2012, with additional stints in China and Taiwan where he was involved in research across all property sectors for JLL.
