Tony Brearley is the COO of the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Local business segment. Tony leads responsibility for fully-converged facilities management, technology services, project management, advisory and transaction services.
GWS has a presence in over 50 countries globally and is the world’s largest facilities management services provider and has dedicated facilities management professionals in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Tony joined CBRE via the successful Norland acquisition in 2012 and has since served in many GWS leadership positions, most recently as President of the GWS | Local business in Continental Europe, the Middle East and Africa (CEMEA), encompassing more than 1,500 sites in over 30 countries. Before this, as a GWS UK Managing Director, Tony built a successful high-quality technical self-performance business across various sectors and high-critical engineering environments throughout the UK.
Throughout his 24-year career, Tony has proven himself a high-performing strategic leader with vast experience in sales, operational service delivery and a track record of establishing and managing fast-growth businesses and successfully expanding into new markets.
