CBRE Luxembourg appoints Thomas Durand as Head Of Property Management

CBRE Luxembourg has appointed Thomas Durand as Head Of Property Management.

From now on, Thomas manages and leads the department, consisting of a team of 6 real estate professionals, operating throughout Luxembourg. Thomas has nearly 3 years of experience at CBRE and over 10 years of experience in property management, serving both real estate operators and private owners. He has notably developed his expertise in various real estate sectors, namely offices, retail, residential, logistics and hotels.
