Novaxia NEO and Salta Group have extended the long-term lease agreement for the office buildings at Marathon 5 and 7 in Hilversum, comprising 8,733 m² and 207 parking spaces.

Salta Group has been located at this site since 2005. An important part of the continued collaboration is the shared sustainability ambition that both parties have. For example, solar panels will be installed on both buildings, among other things.

Salta Group was assisted by CBRE, while the landlord was assisted by Sienna Real Estate, which is also managing the property.
